The hotel rooms were larger than expected, clean, and spacious. However, the shower was very loud when running. The service was generally helpful and friendly, except for one front desk lady who seemed a bit crabby. The location was convenient for our event and beautiful, but the only standout feature of the hotel. The dining experience was good with hot food but could use some attention. The facilities were adequate but nothing exceptional.
